My Art, Music, & P.E. Glogster

Pre-Survey Glogster Poster
Student Handout A

Goal: Students will create a Glogster that illustrates the questions that will be asked in our survey.  Potential respondents will be directed to read the book before taking the survey.  The book will give them background information about some of the technical geography terminology used the survey.  This will enable anyone, not just geography scholars, to participate in the survey.

Procedures:  In our last assignment, students did research to come up with definitions and background information about each of our nine questions.  Groups will use this research to create the individual pages in the book.
Step 1. Gather research from previous assignment
Step 2. Assign each group member a page(s) they will create in the Glogster.
Step 3. Go to Glogster, log in and follow the procedures we've practiced to create your wall.
Step 4. Create a Glogster wall that addresses the question on the survey.
    - must contain a general description or definition of the main point of the survey question (i.e., climate zone, average rainfall, latitude zone, etc.)
    - must contain at least two images which can be any combination of photos, clip art, videos, drawings.

Check the rubric below to see how your group's Glogster will be graded.
